This document contains the Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, and SMS Text Message Opt-In for all AAA Storage locations and affiliated properties. Please read all three of these documents carefully before using our services or providing your contact information.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using any AAA Storage website, calling our facilities, or engaging with our AI voice agent, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our services.
2. Services Provided
AAA Storage provides self-storage unit rentals and related services across multiple Utah locations, including Murray, Sugar House, Ferron, and portable storage options through PortaBox. Our AI voice agent assists callers with unit information, pricing, and reservation links.
3. SMS Communication
SMS messages are sent solely upon your explicit request. By verbally requesting that our AI voice agent text you a link and providing your mobile number, you expressly consent to receive that single transactional SMS. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP.
4. Rental Agreements
Storage unit rentals are governed by a separate rental agreement signed at or before move-in. That agreement, including payment terms, access policies, and liability limitations, constitutes the binding contract between you and AAA Storage for storage services.
5. Limitation of Liability
AAA Storage and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our websites, AI voice agent, or SMS communications. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for services in the preceding 30 days.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse our services, including our AI voice agent or SMS communications, for any unlawful purpose, to transmit harmful content, or to interfere with the proper operation of our systems.
7. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Salt Lake County, Utah.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
